Current Staff Structure
Elmley Castle CE First School currently employs approximately 12 staff in both teaching and support staff positions.
Elmley Castle is a rewarding place to work, whether you join us in a teaching or support staff role. The school is situated on the outskirts of Pershore and Evesham, at the foot of Bredon Hill.
We have three classes catering for Preschool and Reception , Years 1 and 2, and Years 3, 4 and 5 children and we currently have 56 pupils on our register as well and part-time preschool children. Ours is a friendly school, with excellent support from Governors and parents - and a positive and caring ethos. We are committed to a child-centred education and to ensuring that every child in our community has access to the highest possible standard of education.
As Executive Headteacher, I want to appoint staff who share my very high expectations of everyone in our community; staff who enjoy working as a member of a team and who take a solution-focused approach.
