Promoting British Values
Big questions designed to embrace difference and diversity, are sensitively explored. Boldly and carefully though through topical issues, challenge all, whatever their background or faith to think beyond their experience. As a result pupils are articulate advocates of change, passionately challenging injustice and inequality.' SIAMS 2022
All have a duty to ‘actively promote’ the fundamental British values of democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty, and mutual respect and tolerance of those with different faiths and beliefs. These values are entwined throughout our curriculum and highlighted in our planning throughout the school year.

Our councillors campaigned for their position and a secret ballot was used to elect each member. Each of our elected members have signed a code of conduct contract.
